On the 27th of November Gault&Millau Belgium launched the 21st edition of the guide. The event took place at Brussels Expo and welcomed more than 1800 chefs and hospitality professionals in the afternoon, and 750 guests in the evening during our sold-out gala dinner. An absolute record in Belgium.
